For years, I battled PTSD and homelessness, facing days where just surviving was the goal. Fitness became more than just physical—it was a way to regain mental strength, confidence, and purpose.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve dedicated my time to helping others break free from the fad diets, misinformation, and endless frustration of weight loss. I’ve been there, and I know how hard it can be. But I also know that sustainable weight loss and a healthier lifestyle are possible—without starving yourself, spending hours in the gym, or falling for gimmicks.
